I saw Lifescreen up in Leeds back in April and was blown away – they are an incredible rock group and now, even more incredibly, they’re giving away their back catalogue for free! Download it ALL here and ask yourself why this band are not MASSIVE!

Played a short set of improvised grooves at the Premier Pli launch, part of Gareth Courage’s “From The Ashes Of Industry We Rise” exhibition. I played guitar and Stu checked his email…(!) Thanks to Maria for the video!

Buffet play Music for DXing
Thanks as always to the lovely team Buffet for playing a track from Music for DXing on their latest show. Buffet is like a monthly C60 of toptastic tuneage, with chat and witty insight into what’s cool, and what’s fool. Tune or surf in to their broadcast and checkout their Myspace and Facebook pages.
Spunkle eclipses Muse
Insane news just in from Music in Oxford. In their interview with Nightshift magazine (the Shift in Shifty Disco), Ronan reveals… It’s worth remembering too that when we were doing Shifty Disco, me and Mac turned down the chance to release Muse’s debut single because we thought they were a bad Radiohead tribute band. We […]
